The Ethernet Motion control board integrates step motor (basic 2-axis, extended 4-axis) control and digital input/output (basic 40/16 points, extended 16/16 points) and provides Ethernet-based network communication control.
With the Ethernet Motion control board, you can load-balance, modularize, and design smaller controllers. The V2 version is essentially equipped with an S-speed profile to help prevent vibration, dewatering, and improve operating speed. Safety devices include motor overcurrent protection circuits and emergency stop inputs. After specifying up to six positions, you can use the Limit sensor and other input signals to precisely control the position of the motor.
